We work with official WhatsApp Business Solution Providers (BSPs). You acknowledge that their terms and policies apply in addition to ours. We act only as facilitators during the onboarding process.

7. Service Limitations

Digifyce does not guarantee approval of WhatsApp Business accounts, as the final decision rests with Meta. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by third-party policies or platform decisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the onboarding service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
