User Data Deletion Instructions
If you would like to request deletion of your data associated with our application, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
“Delete My Data”
In the email, please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name (if applicable)
- Any additional details that help us identify your account
What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify your identity
- Permanently delete your personal data and associated records from our systems
- Remove any connected accounts or data retrieved via Meta APIs
- Complete the deletion process within 7 business days
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, the following data may be deleted:
- Profile information (such as name and email)
- Connected Meta account information
- Ad account data and insights previously retrieved
- Any stored analytics or reporting data associated with your account
